Week 5 College Football Viewers Guide

· 2 min read

The world’s foremost authority on college football viewership, helping tens of people to clickover from Bama blowouts to more quality games since 2018!

Games for Saturday, October 24, 2020. All times CT because that’s where the SEC West is located.

11 am: Nebraska at Ohio State (Fox) helps us welcome the Big Ten back for a little while until the blowout begins. Clickovers become whatever is competitive among Auburn at Ole Miss (SECN), Florida State at Louisville (FSN - which nobody gets anymore thanks to Sinclair Media), NC State at North Carolina (ESPN) and Oklahoma at TCU (ABC). Georgia Southern at Coastal Carolina (ESPNU) offers a deep cut option for the connoisseurs out there.

2:30 pm: Iowa State at Oklahoma State (Fox) and Iowa at Purdue (BTN) look intriguing. Lots of other options including Baylor at Texas (ESPN), Penn State at Indiana (FS1) and Notre Dame at Pitt (ABC).

6 pm: South Carolina at LSU (ESPN) The Tigers are off to their worst start since 1994 and starting a true freshman QB at home for the first time since 1995. It’s the ‘90s around here! Grab your flannel shirt and meet us at The Varsity after the game, there’s a new band called Better Than Ezra playing and we hear they might make it big some day.

6:30 pm: Michigan at Minnesota (ABC) We’ve rowed the boat through some tough times since March. America’s rowboat captain P.J. Fleck takes the helm of the S.S. Normalcy so we can laugh again at how much Michigan pays Harbaugh.

Sark After Dark is also back! Air Force at San Jose State (FS1) and UNLV at San Diego State (CBSSN) … as it should be.
