Week 13 College Football Viewers Guide - Thanksgiving Edition

· 2 min read

The world’s foremost authority on college football viewership, helping tens of people to clickover from Bama blowouts to more quality games since 2018!

(all times CT because that’s where the SEC West is located)

Thursday

2:30 pm: Fresno State at San Jose State (FS1) is an outrage that this kickoff time denies us a Thursday Sark After Dark game in the Spartans’ weird half stadium.

6:30 pm: Ole Miss at MooU (ESPN) The Egg Bowl could be a good one if the Fighting Mike Leaches can play some defense at home.

Friday

11 am: Boise State at San Diego State (CBS) would qualify as sneaky good except it’s on CBS and not streaming. Also check on how much Texas has quit against K-State (Fox). Iowa at Nebraska (12:30 pm, BTN) if you like farms and UTEP at UAB (1 pm, ESPN+) for a sneaky good streaming game.

2:30 pm: Cincinnati at East Carolina (ABC) to see how the Bearcats handle the pressure of being fourth in the playoff rankings. Clickover to Missouri at Arkansas (CBS) for the always entertaining CBS alt-crew.

7:00 pm: Washington State at Washington (FS1) for the Interim Apple Cup. See also: North Carolina at NC State ( 6 pm, ESPN) for two teams that would make much better fits in the SEC than Missouri.

Saturday

11 am: Ohio State at Michigan (Fox) Have you heard they call it The Big Game?! Florida State at Florida (ESPN) is a battle for bowl eligibility, while Wake Forest at Boston College (espn2) and Texas Tech at Baylor (FS1) have conference championship games on the line.

2:30 pm: Penn State at Michigan State (ABC) in the ”Oh my God how much did we just commit to these coaches in contracts?” bowl. Clickovers to Oregon State at Oregon (ESPN) and Wisconsing at Minnesota (3 pm, Fox).

6:30 pm: Oklahoma at Oklahoma State (ABC) in what could be the best Bedlam game in ages. Clickover to the end of the Coach O era vs Texas A&M (6 pm, ESPN) and Pitt at Syracuse (ACCN).

Sark After Dark: BYU at USC (ESPN) and Cal at UCLA (FS1).
